  • 6 ounces Dark Chocolate
  • 5 ounces Milk Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Gluten-free coffee flour
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Almonds
  • White Chocolate (for drizzling)


  1. Prepare a baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside for later use.
  2. Melt the chocolate: Chop the dark chocolate and milk chocolate into small pieces and place them in separate microwave-safe bowls. Microwave each bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Mix in the coffee flour: Once the chocolate is melted, add the coffee flour to each bowl and mix until well combined. The coffee flour will impart a subtle coffee flavor to the chocolate bark, enhancing its richness.
  4. Spread the chocolate mixture: Pour the dark chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Repeat the same process with the milk chocolate mixture, spreading it over the dark chocolate layer.
  5. Add crushed almonds: Sprinkle the crushed almonds evenly over the melted chocolate, pressing them gently into the surface. The almonds will add a delightful crunch and nutty flavor to the bark.

  8. Set and cool: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate bark is completely set and firm.
  9. Break into pieces: Once the bark is set, remove it from the refrigerator and break it into pieces of your desired size. You can make large shards or smaller bite-sized pieces, depending on your preference.
