I’m not much a baker and use barley flour in a countertop bread maker. I had been adding a couple of tablespoons of an upcycled barley flour for about a year now. I liked the added flavor with the carbo-reduced flour I use.

Yours definitely adds a good, new level of flavor as I hoped. A good choice for me. Keep up the good work.

These are very different from your regular rich (sickly) Brownies! They're just the right sweetness and notes of coffee filtering through the chocolate! The slight texture adds dimension, for an overall taste treat packed with Fibre and protein! Onto the carrot cake mix next!

I am a big fan of these brownies, I do always change out the oil for Olive oil and I add sea salt to the top. I also bake them in muffin tins for a bit size option with more crust!
