Decided to give these a try as they are gluten free and were on sale at my local grocery store. I am not very pleased with them as I found they were too thick and didn't spread out on the griddle like I had expected they would. I did add more water to try and thin them out, however it seemed like that didn't do anything either. The flavour was a bit better than expected but still kind of blah overall.
I just made the last batch of pancakes from my first bag of this pancake mix, and I love them. They taste great - much deeper flavour than white flour pancakes. And they’re easy to make - just add water! I highly recommend, especially for folks who like the Kodiak high-protein pancakes.
I was a big consumer of the kodiak cakes this is a great new option for my pantry!
